Our Board

The global online learning market size is USD 144 Billion and is expected to reach USD 374.3 Billion by 2026. The market is growing rapidly especially after COVID-19. But, the churn rate in the market is very high and can reach 85%, though, on average e-learning companies invest 40% of their revenues on marketing.

How Do We Do It?

Our team of pedagogical experts has developed a Psycho-Pedagogical model, based on research and field experience. The model is based on five main pillars

1. Subjective Data

Information the learners themselves supply regarding;

  • Their learning habits and expected learning outcomes;

  • Their motivation for learning;

  • Their assessment of their skills

2. Objective Data

Actual learning habits of the learners and data regarding the specific online courses, such as the syllabus, timeline, recommended duration etc.

3. Cross-reference of Data

4. Classification to categories

5. Conversation / chat-like output

“Existing research on human-robot relations suggests that machines are routinely treated as having personalities (Turkle “Life”). There is even evidence to suggest that people often imagine relationships with (sufficiently responsive) robots as being better than relationships with humans”.

Jason M. Lodge, 2022

The learners will develop a sense of engagement towards Lana as their personal mentor

“A third of 200+ interviewees implied that additional support with motivation, time management, and online StudySkills might have made a difference”.

Eduard Fosch Villaronga, Leiden University 2018

2

Substantial improvement in learners' SRL skills will help them achieve their learning goals

“We can scale content, but we can't scale encouragement. We can improve lecturing through peer teaching, but we can't scale the timely interventions and nudges by faculty that influence the students learning”.

Chris S Hulleman, Judith M Harackiewicz

With Lana the learners will  improve their SRL skills
